Perhaps you are recovering from an injury, seeking to strengthen your body, increase your range of motion, decrease back pain and stiffness, or ease muscle tension. Are you, perhaps, interested in balancing your mental and emotional well-being, regulating your nervous system, or do you simply desire to begin prioritizing your self-care? Whatever it is that may bring you here, you will find Private Yoga Sessions and Midday Private Yoga Sessions with Gianna to be an invaluable source of support in assisting you to meet your physical and emotional needs and personal goals through her mindful, compassionate, and knowledgable guidance. To make the most out of your sessions, we will begin and end on time. If you are running late we can proceed, however, you will have available only the amount of time that remains in your appointment, and sessions are non-refundable.

S E S S I O N A M E N I T I E S
- Mats, blankets, bolsters, blocks, and any other Yoga props that might be necessary for your practice are set out for you and await your arrival. There is no need to tote anything from home with you. (Mats and props are disinfected after each use; blankets are laundered.)
- Sessions include aromatherapy (if preferred), ambient music, and the offering of a cool, essential-oil infused bamboo cloth for placement on the face, eyes, forehead, temples, or the back of the neck, during Savasana, if desired.
- Tea is offered before a session.

Gianna is a Yin Yoga Certified Teacher. She also specializes in Gentle Yoga, Yoga for Back Care, Restorative Yoga, and Mindfulness-Based Practices and has been a Yoga Practitioner teaching full-time in Spokane since 2013. Gianna is a Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method Certified Practitioner and a Perinatal Mental Health Trained Provider, through which she offers Trauma-Conscious Yoga, as an adjunctive holistic therapy to women who are suffering from Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMAD's).
